Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 2 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, LEICESTERSHIRE, CIRCA £32,000 DOE. This role provides an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving and high-performing team, where you will interact directly with clients in a fast-moving environment. JOB REF: 8933

•The appointed conveyancer will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.

•You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

•Applications are invited from qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with over 2 years of experience in a similar role, including expertise in Post Completion matters.

•The firm is looking for candidates with strong communication and organisation skills who have experience using the LEAP case management system.
