PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 4 YEARS’ PLUS PQE, SURREY, £COMPETITIVE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor in the Surrey office of a highly reputable regional firm. You will join a dedicated and friendly team and enjoy opportunities for on-going career progression.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A minimum of 5 years of PQE,
In-depth technical experience across the full range of Private Client matters including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate, inheritance tax, and estate planning,
Experience of running your own files,
Good business development and networking skills.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Attending and advising new and existing clients,
Liaising with clients on a regular basis, liaising with third parties in connection with client matters including expert witnesses, courts, counsel, beneficiaries, probate registry, and HMRC,
Undertaking regular business development activities to promote the firm’s services and develop business.
