COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 2 + PQE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, £45,000 - £65,000 DOE. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive firm as part of their real estate team. JOB REF: 8375

•The appointed solicitor will handle a varied caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work. You will advise clients on a range of commercial property issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practice.

•Applications are open to Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and experience managing a busy caseload effectively.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.

•Draft and review legal documentation related to bankruptcy filings, debt restructuring agreements, creditor negotiations and represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, advocating for their best interests at all times.
