JOB TITLE: Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

OVERVIEW:
• The appointed Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of both commercial and residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, residential developments, acquisitions, licenses to assign, leases, and remortgages.
• You will deliver expert legal advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the process.
• The firm’s current client base includes a diverse mix of clients including companies and individuals, along with several well-regarded local builders among them.
• Applications are welcomed to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in handling the broad spectrum of commercial and residential property matters.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working within a reputable law firm and demonstrate proven abilities in fee generation and client relationship development.
