Personal Injury Solicitor (Legal Director / Partner, 6+ Years PQE, London, £110,000 - £200,000 (DOE) - A unique opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a highly reputable Personal Injury, Travel & Regulatory team in London. JOB REF: 8320

• Applications are sought from Personal Injury Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE in travel law and claims (In house or private practice)
• The team deals with a varied client base to include companies offering international and UK holidays, the cruise and ferry industry and hotel owners.
• You will be responsible for advising clients on commercial matters relating to travel law, regulatory compliance, terms and conditions and media law.
• You will advise your clients on contractual matters, booking terms and conditions, website compliance and consumer protection and regulatory issues.
• It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
