Probate Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Competitive Salary (DOE) – A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Probate Lawyer to join a leading firm in Hertfordshire. JOB REF: 8186.

• Boasting a highly regarded private client team, the newly appointed Probate Lawyer will be gaining exposure to a diverse workload on behalf of a wide range of clients.
• Applications are sought from Probate Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for dealing with complex transactions intuitively and with ease, be a confident decision-maker, work well within a team and develop solutions and ways forward in complex and unpredictable situations.
• You will have excellent client care skills, the ability to work constructively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience of mentoring and supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
• You will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team including delivering seminars and writing blogs and articles.
• Offering a full range of legal services to a broad spectrum of clients, the partners are well placed to offer high quality advice and a genuine understanding of client needs
