Contentious Probate Solicitor 2 – 4 Years PQE, Berkshire, £Excellent + Benefits – A new opportunity for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 7999

• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a wide range of contentious matters, working closely with the wills, trusts, and estates team, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.
• You will run your own contentious probate caseload which will include executor/administrator disputes, challenges to the validity of wills, trust disputes, Inheritance Act claims, and Court of Protection disputes.
• You will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills and work well within a team environment.
