SALARY: £60,000 plus

Looking for that step up in your career? An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a Legal 500 rated practice in Northamptonshire as a Senior Lawyer / Junior Partner.

The role will be varied, and the appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor will have at least 5 years' experience of dealing with a broad caseload of corporate and commercial matters including commercial contracts, corporate structures, mergers and joint ventures as well as acquisitions.

Ideal Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitors will have experience of supervising more junior members of the team together with managing a diverse caseload of corporate commercial matters.
