Regulatory & Healthcare Defence Solicitor, Birmingham, 2-5 Years PQE, £55,000+ (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an experienced Regulatory & Healthcare Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 7888

• This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled solicitor to advance their career in a challenging and rewarding environment.
• This highly reputable team advise organisations and individuals facing Health & Safety, criminal, environmental, CQC and other regulatory prosecutions.
• Applications are sought from Regulatory & Healthcare Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of health and safety and transport regulatory matters, including some of the largest companies operating within the transport and logistics sector.
• You will providing health and safety advice and transport regulatory advice to corporates and individuals on an ongoing basis.
• You will have exceptional communications skills, experience of supervising more junior members and be confident and capable of business development.
• Advocacy experience is advantageous
