Job Description

Personal Injury Solicitor (Defendant), NQ - 2 Years PQE, Birmingham - A Top 50 law firm is currently looking to recruit a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor to into their busy team. JOB REF: 7832.

• This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable team and gain valuable experience.
• Applications are sought form Personal Injury Solicitors with up to 2 Years PQE gained with a reputable defendant personal injury department.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of a mix of pre litigated and litigated claims including Highways Law, Occupiers Liability Employers Liability, and Housing disrepair.
• You will draft and perform legal research, draft pleadings, witness statements and prepare cases for trial, attend at conferences and Court and communicate with clients, Counsel and various other parties
• The role is varied, so you will need to have a flexible approach to the work you do and be able to adapt to different tasks.
• You will have excellent IT skills, written and communication skills, time management and organisation skills and attention to detail.
