EMPLOYMENT LAWYER, 12+ MONTHS PQE, NORTH YORKSHIRE, COMPETITIVE SALARY AND PACKAGE – Legal 500 regional law firm with strong reputation with commercial and private clients alike. JOB REF:7714

We are seeking a qualified Employment Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to deliver practical, reliable advice to clients on a diverse range of Employment Law matters.

About the Role:
In this role, you'll work closely with a Senior Solicitor, handling a high-quality caseload covering key Employment Law issues, including:
• Contracts of employment
• Discrimination claims
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Settlement agreements
• TUPE guidance
• Unfair dismissal claims
• Employment Tribunals
• Reorganisations and redundancies

What We’re Looking For:
• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid background in Employment Law, able to hit the ground running
• You will enjoy working in a dynamic, supportive team
• You will excel at providing outstanding client care
• You are eager to contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
• You are looking for part-time hours with flexible options to suit your schedule
