JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
SALARY: Competitive salary
LOCATION: West Midlands

What you will be doing:
• Reporting and monitoring the progress of plot and part-exchange transactions
• Managing all aspects of the conveyancing sales process, including issuing draft contract packs, handling enquiries, exchanging contracts and meeting deadlines
• Handling high volume caseloads
• You will work with regional offices and collaborate closely with Sales, Development, and technical teams

• An individual with the tenacity to work through a demanding caseload
• Solicitors who can maintain up-to-date knowledge of home-ownership schemes such as Help to buy
• Lawyers who can conduct purchaser due diligence and address Anti-Money Laundering issues
• A friendly and mutable team player, who can excel as part of a team and independently
