Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF:7667.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, debt finance, management buy-outs and company re-structuring, drafting shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements and other types of commercial agreements.
• You must have a strong technical background, good commercial awareness, and wide-ranging transactional experience.
• Previous experience of business development as part of a team, would also be of benefit.
• Experience of supervising more junior members of the team would be advantageous.
