Role: Contentious Probate Paralegal

Salary: £25k-£30k

Key Responsibilities:
• Case Management: Support in managing high-value and intricate contentious probate and trust cases, including inheritance disputes, will challenges, and trust disagreements.
• Document Preparation and Filing: Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, affidavits, and court submissions with exceptional attention to detail.
• Client Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring a seamless, supportive client experience.
• Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive research to support case strategies, draft briefing notes, and assist in building compelling cases.
• Administrative Support: Organise case files, maintain client records, and ensure the team meets key deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in contentious probate law is essential.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex legal issues and contribute to case strategy.
• Excellent Communication: Confident in client-facing situations, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Organizational Prowess: Highly organised and capable of managing a varied caseload, meeting deadlines, and prioritising effectively.
• Legal Qualification: Paralegal certification or equivalent experience (LPC preferred but not essential).
