OVERVIEW:
• Office-based opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join an established team and deal with a varied caseload of corporate commercial matters.
• The corporate commercial team covers a range of matters including company formations, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, company sales and purchases, commercial contracts, terms and conditions for trading, agency and distribution agreements on behalf of larger regional and national corporations.
• You will have at least 1 years’ experience in handling your own caseload of corporate commercial matters.
