JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 4+
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £Competitive + Attractive Bonus Scheme + Progression

THE ROLE:
The role is office-based, offering the opportunity to join a growing team and handle a diverse caseload of private client matters. This will include wills, probate, Lasting Power of Attorney, estate administration, trusts, and taxation. The position is client facing, so the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with sensitivity and discretion.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 4 years PQE in handling your own caseload of private client matters. STEP qualification (or progress towards it) is preferred. The appointed Private Client Solicitor will have proven technical expertise in dealing with a full and varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Trusts and Court of Protection matters.

SALARY & BENEFITS
