Position: Skilled Polisher - Vehicle Parts
Location: Banbury
Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Rate: Starting at £12.97/hour, increase dependant on experience
Are you an experienced polisher with a passion for excellence in the automotive industry? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team, working with high-quality vehicle parts for prestige car manufacturing.
Requirements:
" Essential: At least 1 year of polishing experience within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
" Polishing and finishing vehicle parts to a high standard.
" Ensuring all parts meet quality and safety standards.
" Working efficiently to meet production targets.
" Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
" Previous experience as a vehicle parts polisher is essential.
" Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
" Ability to work the 6AM to 2PM shift, Monday to Friday.
" Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
" Desirable:
o Experience working with prestige car manufacturing.
o Experience of quality control and an excellent eye for detail.
o Knowledge of painting and production processes.
o Familiarity with Right First Time and Yield Targets.
o Experience with 5S workplace organization principles.
