Pertemps Recruitment is one the UK's largest independent recruitment agencies, and our Isle of Wight branch is growing and looking for a self-motivated and personable individual to join the team as a Sales Consultant. With quality of delivery integral to our core values, we want a likeminded person who is both ambitious and driven, to help drive the business forward.

This is an extremely varied role and will include.
" Researching the market, becoming an expert in your field
" Regular business development, including making calls and visiting new, and existing clients
" Find the very best candidates for your clients by networking, headhunting and resourcing
" Writing job adverts.

Ideally, we are eager to hear from individuals with a recent successful background in Sales, Estate Agency, Car Sales, or Account Management, however a willingness and a hardworking attitude will suffice as full training will be given. The successful Recruitment Consultant will have people skills, personality, drive and must be willing to learn.

Working hours are between Monday and Friday - no weekend working required!
