Pertemps are looking for Production Operatives to join our client in East Cowes on a temporary weekend basis up until Christmas, with the possibility of an extension. You will be working at a client that specialises in the manufacturing, production and distribution of sustainable products. 


As a Production Operative, you'll play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You'll work alongside a skilled team, ensuring the smooth operation of state-of-the-art machinery which you will be shown how to use.


Your Main responsibilities as a Production Operative include.
- Upholding KPI's.
- Delivering high quality products.
- Picking, Packing and Printing of the products.
- Adhering to Health and Safety Guidelines.
- Assisting others with day-to-day work and assisting with training if and when asked.


Key Skills
- Ability to work on your feet and walk for extended periods of time.
- Basic Computer Literacy for data entry and record-keeping.
- Good time keeping skills.
- Be able to work in a team environment as well as confidently complete orders by yourself.


The ideal candidate will be available to start from this weekend (Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November) where the shift time would be 08:00-16:00 both days.


For further weeks you would be required to work Saturday and Sundays either the 07:00 - 15:00 shift or 15:00 - 23:00 .
