Location: Llay Industrial Estate
Pay: £12.50+ (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:45pm, early finish on Fridays
Contract: Temp-to-Perm or Permanent (based on experience)
Overtime: Available

Are you looking to grow your skills in a hands-on engineering environment? We're currently recruiting for a Junior Machinist to join a growing team based in Llay Industrial Estate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn, offering progression and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CNC and copper machine operatives with daily production duties
• Cut, punch, and bend copper to precise specifications
• Handle and process steel work as required
• Read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings
• Operate copper machinery and input CAD designs
• Run and maintain CNC machines

Skills & Requirements:

• Comfortable lifting and handling heavy copper materials
• Basic understanding of workshop protocols and health & safety
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and work from technical engineering drawings
