Job Description

Job Title: Production Operative
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Patterns:
Day Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (4 on, 4 off shift pattern)
Day Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (4 on, 4 off shift pattern)
Starting Pay Rate: £11.70 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely within the production line.
Assist in the preparation and production of products, adhering to strict quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Work closely with other team members to achieve production targets.

Requirements:

Basic level of spoken English for effective communication.
Right to work in the UK (This role does not qualify for sponsorship).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high product quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is desirable but not essential.
