Position: Registered Nurse
Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, at MPS Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support in the community. Working closely with the NHS Wales Health Boards, families, and other health professionals to deliver the highest standard of care, promote health and well-being, thus ensuring the best possible outcome for the patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans.
- Providehealth education, emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Valid and active NMC Registration.
- 6 Months proven experience as a Registered Nurse with community nursingexpertise.
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
