Job Description

We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join a dynamic team at a busy water production facility near Carlisle.

Job Details:
  • Position: Full-time
  • Shifts: Rotating shifts (day and night shifts)
  • Salary: Starting from £13 per hour, with overtime and shift allowance
  • Start Date: Immediate  
Responsibilities:
  • Operating production line machinery efficiently and safely.
  • Monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Performing routine checks and maintenance on equipment.
  • Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
  • Assisting with the packaging and storage of finished products.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • A strong work ethic with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
  • Own transport is required due to the factory location.
