Brewery Bar Assistant

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Brewery Bar Assistant to join an award winning bar & brewery team in Keswick! This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic and a keen interest in craft beer. Whether you’re an aspiring brewer or just looking to get involved in the exciting world of brewing, this role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on the bar, serving various drinks and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with brewing processes, including mashing, lautering, boiling, fermenting, and packaging.
• Clean and sanitise bar area, brewing equipment, tanks, and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Help with packaging beer (bottling, canning, and kegging).
• Support the team during events, tastings, and brewery tours.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for craft beer and a desire to learn about the brewing process.
• Previous experience in brewing, hospitality, bar work is a plus, but not required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards and customer service.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime as required.

Hours and Pay
Tuesday - Saturday
2pm-7pm
Up to £13.50 per hour
