M&E Technician / Coordinator
Office Location: Surrey
Salary: £30k - £50k (dependant on experience)

A company that has been established for over 25 years and is regarded as one of the UK’s leading names in CAD & BIM Services is presently on a recruitment drive. They are looking for various levels of engineers as they continue to expand due to the success they have experienced as a business.

Some of the duties involved:

- Producing co-ordinated services models to Stage 5
- Liaising with clients and design team members
- Raising of technical queries
- Maintaining project documentation
- Attending design team meetings to resolve design issues and queries

Some of the skills they are looking for:

- Extensive building services experience
- HNC qualification would be beneficial
- Fully conversant with the use of AutoCAD
- Experienced in 3D modelling

They specialise in coordination, design development and engineering of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services across the commercial sector as well as others.
