What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in the delivery of building services design projects from concept through to completion. You’ll be client-facing, technically hands-on, and supported by a collaborative team of professionals who genuinely enjoy what they do.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Developing detailed electrical designs and tender packages
  • Preparing specifications, reports, cost plans, and technical documentation
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other design teams
  • Leading or contributing to projects through all RIBA stages
  • Supporting fee proposals, resource planning, and project programming
  • Providing mentorship to junior engineers and sharing technical knowledge
  • Staying up to date with regulations, design standards, and best practices


What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with individuals who have:
  • A background in Electrical Building Services Design (HND/Degree qualified)
  • Experience across multiple sectors, ideally including healthcare, education, and commercial
  • Knowledge of key industry software and design standards
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • CIBSE membership or working toward it (preferred)
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
