The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality building services solutions. You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final completion. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative and innovative environment where your expertise will be valued and developed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports, concept layouts, and detailed specifications in accordance with RIBA stages.
• Conduct electrical engineering design, including power supply systems, PV/EVC, lighting, and alarm systems.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding solutions.
• Manage projects from inception through construction to completion.
• Provide mentoring and leadership to junior engineers.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• A proactive, self-motivated professional who can work independently and make informed decisions.
• Experience in a consulting engineering environment (3-5 years preferred).
• Proficiency in IET Regulations, Building Regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Competence in Amtech/Trimble, Relux, and ideally, experience with REVIT.
