Collaborating closely with the leadership group, the Business Development Manager will actively contribute to achieving the organisational goals and reinforcing the market competitiveness. The key responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business prospects, fostering connections with important stakeholders, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the pre-construction and project management teams to ensure seamless handover of projects from business development to execution
  • Monitor industry trends, economic changes, and competitor activities
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the construction industry
Applicants should possess:
  • Previous experience of Business Development within construction
  • Proven track record of successfully securing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of Frameworks
  • Proficient in using Sales Force CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • BPSS Clearance / Security Clearance
