I am looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist or a Technical Architect, to join a small local award winning practice who are renowned for delivering highly personal and creative Architecture.
Their designs focus on enhancing the local environment, seamlessly blending with their surroundings while minimising impact. Specialising in high-end residential projects, they create stunning, bespoke spaces that balance beauty, functionality, and sustainability.

The Role:
- Able to work through all RIBA stages
- Producing working drawing packages
- Liaising with consultants and clients
- Lead and manage technical design projects
- Attending site meetings
- Measured surveys and site inspections
- Contract administration and job running
- AutoCAD and Revit skills are preferred but no mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
- Previous experience working on hotels, commercial or a variety of project sectors
- Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
