I am looking to speak experienced and time served senior quantity surveyors with an impressive background in managing large scales new home developments!

Due to a large new strategic scheme starting there is a requirement for a site based Senior QS. 

You will hold strong commercial reporting skills, and be accustomed to using COINS. You will take full commercial responsibility for your sites, from procurement of subcontractors to final account, you will provide detail reporting on a weekly and monthly basic along with CVR’s. You will ensure high standards of account management and liaison across internal departments, cost control, risk management and accurate reporting are applied.

Applicants should possess:

•             A proven track record in a Senior Quantity Surveying role
•             Extensive house building experience with recognised developers and/or contractors
•             Excellent communication and management skills
•             A good understanding of construction methods and materials
•             A min HNC level qualification in Construction or related subject
•             Fully IT literate
•             Ideally have used COINS
 

The company are able to offer a highly competitive salary which will DOE and range from £75k- £85k, and a generous benefits package including holiday, pension, health care, car or allowance and bonus!
