Job Description

Role: Vehicle Sales Administrator
Location: Stourbridge
Hourly Rate: £13ph to £14ph
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented  Sales Administrator to join our client in Stourbridge! If you have previous sales experience and are ready to play a key role in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the day-to-day operations of vehicle sales, ensuring the sales team is fully supported with all administrative functions.
  • Handling customer queries and providing information on vehicle specifications, financing options, and offer solutions to any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process all sales documentation, ensuring accuracy.
  • Dealing with and processing sales contracts, finance agreements, and vehicle registration details.
  • Co-ordinate vehicle orders, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of vehicle sales, stock levels, and customer information in the dealerships CRM System.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including managing vehicle databases, preparing quotes, and assisting with showroom preparation.
  • Ensure all follow-up actions are completed efficiently, whether this involves post-sale customer contact or addressing any queries about vehicle delivery or documentation.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication between sales staff, customers, suppliers, and other departments.
Successful candidates will have:
  • Experience in a sales administration role within the automotive industry.
  • Understanding of vehicle sales processes and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems, vehicle management platforms.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience using Pinewood software system
  • Familiarity with vehicle finance and insurance products
  • Knowledge of the latest automotive industry trends and products.
