We are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a minimum of five years’ experience managing their own varied caseload to join a firm that values excellence, collaboration, and outstanding client care.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will gradually build up to managing a caseload of approximately 90–120 files, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
 
 Key Responsibilities 
  •  Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (approximately 90–120 files) with minimal supervision
  •  Handling complex transactions including the below 
 Leasehold matters
 Re-mortgages
 Transfers of Equity
 Help to Buy
 Redemptions
 New builds
 Shared ownership
 Company purchases
  •  Auction properties Signing off other fee earners’ files for exchange and reviewing title reports
  •  Consistently achieving time recording and billing targets
  •  Mentoring and supporting junior fee earners within the team
  •  Driving business development initiatives and contributing to process improvements
  •  Conducting regular file reviews to ensure compliance, quality, and best practice
 About You 
  •  Minimum of five years’ experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
  •  Strong technical knowledge of complex conveyancing transactions and legal principles
  •  Proven commitment to delivering excellent client service
  •  Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  •  Proactive, professional, and collaborative approach
  •  Qualified Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer (5+ years PQE)
