        I’m Hiring: Renewals Advisor & Client Manager – Northampton (Full-Time)
£30,000+ (DOE) + performance bonuses
Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm | On-site | Northampton
I’m looking for a Renewals Advisor & Client Manager to join a growing Northampton-based insurance brokerage.
My client specialises in luxury car, home, and SME insurance, providing a high-quality, personalised service to our clients nationwide.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing client renewals and providing tailored insurance advice.
Negotiating terms with clients and insurers.
Cross-selling and up-selling relevant products.
Maintaining accurate records using Acturis and Microsoft Office.
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
What I’m looking for:
At least 12 months’ experience in motor and/or home insurance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Organised, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of FCA regulations.
CII qualifications (or a desire to work towards them).
