General Operative

Production Operative with Counterbalance License – £13.50 per hour
Location: Tamworth
Hours: 7am - 4pm
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Production Operative to join our busy manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a valid Counterbalance Forklift License and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Using a counterbalance forklift to move materials and finished goods
• Assisting with the assembly, packing, and quality control of products
• Maintaining a clean and organised work space
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Flexible and willing to work overtime when required
