Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor 

Location: Cardiff – Hybrid/work from home
Pay Rate: £15.04 per hour
Contract: Temporary – until 31st March
Hours: Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Are you fluent in Welsh and English, passionate about helping people, and confident handling a variety of customer enquiries? Pertemps is recruiting for a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a busy public sector organisation based in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference, support Welsh-speaking communities, and gain valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.

You’ll play a key role within the Customer Hub Team, responding to a range of customer enquiries, processing licence and permit applications, and ensuring accurate information is captured across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Respond to a wide variety of customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Process permit and licence applications accurately and efficiently
  • Manage and update customer information across internal systems
  • Capture and input data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support colleagues within the Customer Hub Team to ensure service targets are met
  • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution

About You 
To succeed as a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll bring:

  • Fluency in both Welsh and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and meet strict deadlines
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
