As a HubSpot CRM Consultant you’ll work closely with B2B clients, helping them design, implement and optimise HubSpot CRM solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys tech, data and working directly with businesses to drive real impact.

• Work with clients to understand their needs and configure HubSpot CRM to streamline their operations
• Support data preparation, migration, and system integrations to ensure a smooth CRM experience
• Build workflows, automation, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency
• Deliver training and create documentation to help clients confidently use HubSpot
• Stay ahead of HubSpot updates and industry trends to provide the best solutions

 
Our Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and a strong understanding of CRM best practices
• A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and data-handling skills
• Technical aptitude – experience with automation, workflows, and CRM integrations
• Great communication skills – you can translate technical concepts into simple,
• actionable insights
  Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-moving digital space

 
Bonus Points If You Have:

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including automation, reporting, and data management
• Experience in B2B industries like tech, industrial, or professional services
• A background in data analysis, integrations, or workflow automation
• Previous experience training teams or supporting CRM adoption
