Job Description

Job Share Receptionist (2-3 Days per Week)

Responsibilities:

Perform light cleaning duties to prepare the clinic for the day
Meet and greet patients with a friendly and professional attitude
Prepare hot drinks for patients as needed
Clearly explain procedures to patients
Confirm appointments and procedures with patients
Schedule appointments over the phone

Requirements:

Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
