We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in precision, quality, and efficient programming.

Key Responsibilities:

" Create, edit, and optimise CNC programs to meet production requirements
" Set and operate CNC machines (milling or turning)
" Interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications
" Perform tooling selection, setup, and adjustments as required
" Conduct first-off inspections and ensure consistent quality throughout production runs
" Work with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes
" Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency

What You'll Need:

" Proven experience as a CNC Programmer
" Strong knowledge of controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain
" Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and precision tolerances
" Hands-on machining experience
" A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
" Reliability and the ability to work independently on a fixed afternoon shift
