Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Wanted – £36,000–£42,000 | Dudley | Early Finish Fridays!

Join a dynamic, hands-on engineering team where no two days are the same!
We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (mechanical bias 80/20) to play a key role in keeping the production of steel tubes running smoothly.

£36k–£42k salary (DOE)
Rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) with early finish Fridays
23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

What you’ll do:

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance
Tackle mechanical and electrical faults (mechanical focus)
Install and upgrade parts from engineering drawings
Minimise downtime and keep production running
Ensure safety and maintain accurate records

What you’ll need:

Relevant mechanical maintenance qualifications
Experience in a heavy industrial setting
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Familiar with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
