Job Description

We are recruiting a Business Development Executive with a real passion for business development. We are a fast-growing company in the recovered materials sector and are looking for someone like you to help us expand our market reach and drive new opportunities.

The main duties will be :
  • Explore and develop sales channels for recovered materials (UK & International).
  •  Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our products.
  •  Manage end-to-end logistics, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency.
  •  Spot new business opportunities (e.g., metals recovery, sustainable commodities).
  •  Build strong relationships with partners, brokers, and buyers.
  •  Support senior management with fresh commercial ideas.
  •  Creating a fully working database.
  •  Fact finding through lots of different channels to gather information.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
  • Experience in marketing or business development (ideally in logistics, fiancé, recycling, or commodities).
  •  Proven ability to grow new business and open markets.
  •  Solid understanding of logistics and regulatory requirements.
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  •  Knowledge of the export market would be advantageous.
  •  A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial focus.
