Job Description
Reporting to: Sales Manager
The main duties will be:
- Dealing with and responding to customer inbound enquiries and general information requests
- Customer account management (in collaboration with external sales)
- Creating & closing sales quotations
- Obtaining supplier pricing and availability for materials & parts
- General pricing checks, reviews, and upload procedures
- Creating and processing sales orders
- Progressing & checking on manufacture process
- Continued communication with customer via email & phone
- Logging of all activities within the company CRM
- Liaising with shipping and exporter services for product shipment
- Liaising with External Sales to share customer feedback, challenges & successes
- leasing with External Sales to gather correct information to launch new projects on the syste
- Arranging internal meetings where required to support the smooth transition and progress of orders
- Assisting accounts with invoicing, commissions, and customer payment queries
- To carry out any other tasks or duties deemed by the Company to be relevant at the time or beneficial to the business.

- Maintain a sense of pace and urgency so that targets and deadlines are achieved
- Demonstrate a readiness to work constructively with others, both within and outside the Internal Sales function
- Demonstrate willingness to work multi-functionally
- Excellent technical skills on Excel

Holiday - 25.5 days holiday, plus bank holidays
Pension - 3% Employer Contribution / 5% Employee Contribution
Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm. Flexible working options are also available (after at least 26 weeks' continuous service)
