Salary: £13.73 per hour including shift allowance
Hours: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm - Rotating Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate safely and adhere to required quality standards.
- Work diligently to meet production targets.
- Perform the Shake Out process and 2nd Operation processes (inserting, pop riveting, spot welding, de-burring, Pad Printer, and packing).
- Health & Safety, Quality, and Target awareness.
- Work only as trained, utilizing the information assigned to the shop floor area you are deployed to.
- Work swiftly, methodically, accurately, and in a controlled manner.
- Demonstrate an ability to adhere to current quality and process procedures.
- Record relevant information accurately and legibly on documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a continuous improvement environment that generates ideas year-round, helping to drive H&S, service, or cost improvement.
