Location: Halesowen area

Role Overview:

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch—leading your team to exceed sales targets, build lasting customer relationships, and ensure smooth, compliant day-to-day operations. Your ability to lead from the front and foster a strong team culture will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all branch operations with full accountability for sales, service, and profitability
Manage and develop a diverse customer base, ensuring outstanding service and support
Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet and exceed performance targets
Ensure compliance across purchasing, credit control, stock management, and branch administration
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency
Promote a positive, customer-first culture within the branch

Proven experience in a Branch Manager or senior leadership role within the electrical wholesale sector
Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results
Excellent leadership and team development skills
Confident decision-maker with strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable with managing budgets, KPIs, and operational processes
