Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – 16-Week Assignment
Pay: £12.21 - £13
Location: B37
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week


About the Role:
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and experienced Customer Service Advisors for a 16-week assignment. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with a variety of enquiries including housing, rents, repairs, and general support. Your goal will be to resolve queries quickly, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Answering calls, emails, voicemails, and texts professionally and helpfully.
  • Resolving enquiries on first contact wherever possible.
  • Making outbound calls to support customer campaigns and updating systems accurately.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve processes and deliver excellent service.
  • Following company policies and ensuring customer information is kept safe and secure.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre or housing-related environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Confident using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
  • Calm under pressure, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Info:

  • Not required to work during the weeks of 22nd and 29th December 2025.
