Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in accounts receivable, payroll, and invoicing, looking to grow within a SME.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable - Managing customer accounts, chasing outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Payroll Processing - Assisting with payroll calculations and ensuring timely payments.
Raising Invoices - Generating and sending invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Data Entry - Accurately inputting financial data into the system.
CIS Returns - Processing Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) deductions and payments.
Sage 50 - Using Sage 50 for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in accounts receivable, payroll, and invoicing.
Proficiency in Sage 50 and a strong understanding of CIS.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
