Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Join our Client specialising in the Industrial and Logistics Construction Projects, where you will support and lead ongoing and upcoming industrial and logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit sites across the UK
• Schedule client meetings to discuss project updates
• Tender contracts and engage in Contract Administration duties
• Work both independently and as part of a larger team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a private practice
• Strong understanding of the industrial/logistic sectors
• RICS accredited degree
• Membership or working towards a Construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB)
• Self-motivated with own transport and willingness to travel nationwide
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Client-facing with a ‘can do’ attitude
