Divisional Health & Safety Lead
Location: Dublin
Salary Range: €70k

We are a leading recruitment agency, representing a prestigious global service provider. We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate for a crucial Divisional Health & Safety Lead position based in Dublin. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Requirements:

• Ideally a Chartered Member of IOSH (though not essential)
• Minimum 5 years of Health & Safety management experience
• Health & Safety Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the food industry is highly advantageous
• Leadership experience across multiple sites or divisions
• Strong strategic vision and ability to influence at a senior level

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures across multiple sites or divisions.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Deliver health and safety training programs to employees at all levels, promoting a culture of safety.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate health and safety strategies into overall business operations.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to health and safety teams, ensuring consistent practices across all sites.
• Maintain up-to-date records of safety performance and compliance, reporting to senior leadership.
