HGV Class 1 Driver

HGV Class 1 delivery drivers wanted for an immediate start! Start times varying anywhere from 10:30-12:30. Regular ongoing Monday to Friday work in 2024 and beyond - £16.00ph HGV Class 1 LATE mornings. Drivers needed based in Solihull area for a Global Logistics provider. No weekends. Automotive deliveries to local manufacturing plants / warehouses. No handball involved.

We are looking for drivers to commit to 50-60 hours per week, with a solid commitment to Monday to Friday.

Information about the HGV Class 1 Delivery Driver role:

• Regular Monday to Friday work
• 50-60 hour weeks
• Curtain sided trailers
• Factory / plant deliveries
• Distance work, occasionally local
• Occasional weekend overtime available
• Based near Junction 4 M42
• Regular work throughout 2024

HGV Class 1 Driver rates of pay & hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Between 10:30 - 12:30 starts
• £16.00 ph flat rate
• Minimum 8 hours paid daily, No break deduction

Requirements for the HGV Class 1 Driver role:

• Valid CE Licence held for at LEAST 12 months
• 6 months of valid CE driving experience
• Valid CPC & Digi tacho card
• Flexibility to work long hours
• Commitment to an ongoing role MONDAY TO FRIDAY
• To complete a practical driving assessment and SSOW induction
