What You’ll Be Doing

This is a varied, office-based sales position at the core of our business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating Sales: Proactively contacting existing UK customers and new prospects to meet and exceed agreed targets.
  • Building Rapport: Understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions to suit their needs.
  • Handling Objections: Using strong product knowledge to confidently address price concerns and competitor comparisons.
  • Sales Administration: Managing inbound calls, responding to emails, and processing orders through our ERP system.
  • Prospecting: Conducting outreach via phone, email, and social media to grow the customer base.
  • Team Collaboration: Supporting the national sales team and participating in internal sales meetings.
  • Customer Engagement: Occasionally meeting clients face-to-face at the office, trade events, or industry shows.
What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Energetic, personable, and skilled at relationship building.
  • Experienced, with at least 3 years in a B2B sales or account management role.
  • Confident in objection handling, able to think quickly and find solutions.
  • Comfortable with telesales, ideally selling premium or high-value products.
  • Self-motivated, commercially minded, and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about audio, electronics, music, cars, or boating.
What We Offer

  • Salary: £28,000 per year (DOE) plus performance-related bonus.
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Work Environment: Office-based with sensible flexibility.
