Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a Client of ours based in Eastleigh. This is a permanent position. 

 

Responsibilities for this Administrator role:

 

  • Answer incoming telephone calls

  • Using the Inspire database to produce Delivery Notes and Off Hire Notes for all equipment hired on a daily basis

  • Produce hire quotations using the InspHire database for new and existing clients

  • Produce job sheets as required for Engineers etc.

  • Raise purchase orders as required.

  • Provide administration support to office and yard staff as required.

  • Contact customers to chase outstanding quotes and help maintain quotation database

  • Ad-hoc administrative duties.

  • In the absence of Depot/Assistant Depot Manager carry out duties that are fair and reasonable to ensure the smooth running of the depot

  • Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy, including carrying out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are kept tidy

 

Requirements for this Administrator role:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with depot staff and colleagues across the company

  • Numerate with good attention to detail

  • Proficiency in IT, including MS Office applications.

  • A flexible and proactive approach to work

  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of commercial awareness

The role: 

  • This is a permanent position

  • This role is paying £25,500

  • This is a full time role working 8:30-5
